Heater shuts off

It got worse.
Now right at the start of printing after the heater gets up to heat the heater shuts off. Sailfish (on my Rep2) reads 000 when I attempt to manual set the temp and eventually the hot end cools too much.
Tested the same model using Makerware and the HW still works fine. It's gotta be from the S3D output.
Also... all sorts of weird things happened in the Process settings... e.g., the number of shells was default set to 49!

2.1 is definitely not ready for Prime time and now my version 2.0 is having the exact same problem that 2.1 had with the heater so I assume the default profiles are ruined. I will try chucking all the installed files and reinstalling 2.0

I deleted all and reinstalled. Set the Machine to my Rep2 and the FW in GPX and now the temps are working. Also... speeds are now acting correctly. I noticed in the cooling tab Layer 1 is set at 0 then again at 100%... I changed it to layer 2 at 100%... saved... went back in and verified... still no fan on layer 2.

See if you have this kind of stuff going on in your start script tab.

I had this happening but noticed it and just wrote my own start script and ditched all the wrong junk that was auto generated.

For some reason mine is starting without waiting for the extruder or bed to heat up. It starts the heating process, but starts printing immediately. Somehow its ignoring the temps.

Vinny there is a setting for that. A radio box to wait for temps to stabilize
