i agree with that!
load/save just tabs would be usefull too
but profiles on which head, which material, which machine and saved with history maybe

After a while the profile list is a un-ordered mess and it is hard to find the right profile quickly, especially as the different settings for printer, material etc are not very clear and not segmented enough, some settings seem tied to a printer while i need them tied to the material selected.
Because of this i found it necessary to make a profile for each printer - material combination and searching through this list is not nice. To be able to, at a minimum, sort the list in alphabetical order is in my opinion a must!

Asked somewhere about a year ago for the ability to export more than one profile to be able to back them up - a trivial fix.

Why is this not in A-Z order from the start?

What do we need to do to convince the SImplify3D team that this needs to happen??? I cant believe this wasn't part of the 4.0 update... And it's been a year since then!

Come on guys, you have the funding, hire some talent and start innovating rather than stagnating.... If you need more funding, move to a subscription basis, I will gladly pay $20-$40 a year maintenance!

There is a huge need for this. +1

New to 3D printing and S3D and created a forum account just to request this feature. Even if it is just straight alphabetical, the ability to have my processes and profiles sorted would be a major improvement to usability.
