Purge Prusa i3 at right location

When using my Prusa i3 with Cura, the printer starts purging by printing a few cm of filament outside the build area (on the front of the bed).
When running S3D this purge happens inside the build area on the left hand side of the bed.
Is there a way to have the purge outside the build area, as in Cura?
