Simplify3D User Forum

Spiral mode works great! The only problem is every single vase and bowl model wants to print with a top, making it unusable as a vase or a bowl. Does anyone have a top on how to prevent these models from printing a solid on the top layer? Its crazy since it tries to bridge across incredibly wide areas and then I have to spend an hour cutting and sanding off all of the crap.

Just change the number of top solid layers to zero (on the Layer tab of your process settings)
