Hi

I'm trying to do this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-7uX6Dw-7Atest in simplify3d instead of cura. but while my model is 100mm tall, the variable settings wizard caps out at 5mm but I want to decrease the temperature for every 5mm so I need it to go all the way to 100mm, anyone know why it wont go past 5mm?

I am guessing that your "ABS test-1" process is also limited to only go from 0 to 5mm, so when you vary the settings within that process, they also can only go to 5mm max.

To fix it, double-click on that process, go to the Advanced tab, and disable the "stop printing at height" options (which I assume is currently set to 5mm)

+1 to this reply.

If you started this factory file from a previous file that used a split process, or in some cases if you've been recently using a split process, the 'stop printing after x mm' setting can get propagated into your modified (or even new) factory. This confounded me for a while as well.
