slicer skipping layers

I am having an issue when I slice a model, I am getting a skipped layer. I have used all of the repair options in S3D, none of them fix the issue or identify any problems. I am at a loss as to what the issue is. Below is a screen shot showing the missing layer, and I have attached the factory file.

Holy cow, you used a ridiculous tolerance for that model! There's like 10,000 triangles to model a single circle! You should really lower the tolerance in your CAD package to avoid exporting such giant STL files every time. That also makes processing and copying faster.
But for what it's worth, your factory file sliced fine on my computer with S3D 4.0.0. Maybe try exporting the STL file again from your CAD package at a more reasonable tolerance and try that?

Huh that is odd, I tried exporting it multiple times and it did not make a difference. I ended up deleting features one at a time until I found the one creating the issues. I then re-modeled the deleted features, that seem to fix the issue.
As for the size, I don't really notice. It only takes a few seconds to copy and/or slice. I could probably turn it down a bit, though it has never been an issue until now. I usually don't keep the STL's around long after printing, I store the model in my CAD software's file format for the long term.
Thanks for the suggestions!

I'm using Solidworks 2016.

I have had this problem frequently. The only way I know how to resolve it is to increase the layer height. When I take your STL file and use a height of .2, I get the same results as you. When I increase to .25 the issue goes away. I have had this a few times in some of my own designs from Solidworks 2016 and I haven't figured out why.
