Managing Printer models

Hello,
I own several printers including Cartesian and Delta models.
In the "Options->Machine" menu, we can manage the "printer models" by adding STL files. Is there a way to have specific STL linked to specific printer models ? In that case, the bed drawing would be updated accordingly (as per screenshot I posted) ?
