STL Files are mirrored on the X-Axis

My core xy printer has it's home position on the rear left of the build plate. I've recreated this in S3D but it automatically mirrors prints the wrong way. My printer prints exactly as S3D shows in the preview. I have to mirror the parts in the x-axis to get them to match the STL.
