What is this?!

How can I fix this issue? I haven't placed any support structures outside there.

Could be an artifact, some part of the design that small it is not visible.
You could try separate connected surfaces in the mesh menue and delete all unwanted ones.
The big brim on the outside is odd, though.
You also could try the repair function of either S3D or some others like 3Dbuilder or https://service.netfabb.com

That was not the problem though.

I managed to fix it with these steps:
- Export supports
- Delete all supports
- Import supports onto the same object

I guess something strange happened when I was placing supports. There were quite a lot and my pc got laggy while doing so.
