Zero-perimeters improvement

Now, in 4.0.1 it is possible to print withthour perimeters, but the resultant process implies parts of the infill that act like a perimeter.
It would be great if there was an option to force the infill to eliminate these segments when perimeters is set to zero, so the resultant structure really is a zero-perimeter structure.
