Simplify3D User Forum

Can anyone tell me why this happens and how to fix it? I have 3 solid top layers so I was not expecting this gap where the dome meets the base. It is clearly shown, though, in the preview. Factory file attached. Thanks!

Try the attached.....

I've upped the infill overlap and split the single process into two processes at just above the ledge...and changed the external infill pattern to rectilinear for the lower profile.
