[FIXED] Thin wall behavior and preview glitches

When I choose the options to allow single extrusion walls and/or fill, my preview screen has giant horizontal squares dissecting the parts. They print correctly, so it's mostly an annoying cosmetic thing. (v. 4.0.1, Mac OS High Sierra v. 10.13.2)

This is from the same factory file I just uploaded for the multiple process raft problem I reported.

I've never seen it on any of my own models, but when loading your factory file from the other thread, I did see it.
It might be down to some combination of settings that you use, but still a bug, of course.

Hmmm, you may be right. I just loaded one of the files from the screen shots and selected the default profile, selected the thin wall settings, and the squares were not there. So, it does seem to be something in my settings it's not agreeing with. I'm too sleepy to compare setting by setting right now, so I'll have to save that exercise for another day...will report back with my findings in hopes it can get fixed!

I’m happy to state that this issue should be resolved now in the latest 4.1.0 release. Our team successfully tested several factory files from threads mentioning this issue. These odd thin wall preview glitches should never appear going forward. This was just one of many improvements to the software. All of which are detailed on our
Release Notes page.
Thank you for your help reporting this issue!
