Bed Temp 0 S3D SDCard Print on Anycubic i3 Mega Plus

I was able to successfully print exactly two new objects sliced with S3D and placed on the SDCard used in my Anycubic i3 Mega Plus (Ai3MP). After these two prints, new designs do not print- the Ai3MP display shows bed temp commanded is 0 degrees Celsius. I have tried adding 190 S95 (wait for bed temp of 95 C to be attained before heating hot end) and 109 S225 T0 ( for hot end) command to the start script to attempt to force a non zero temperature command for the heated bed, but the Ai3MP still shows a commanded bed temperature of zero.

Next, I removed these two commands from the start script and tried adding them to the firmware as macro #2. This also does not result in a non-zero bed temperature on the Ai3MP.

I have been trying to get S3D working with this printer for well over a month now am]nd I am totally frustrated. Can anyone offer suggestions as to what I might be overlooking? I certainly appreciate any assistance/ advice!

Thermistor sensor defekt? Cable broken or something like this?
Zero is allways shown when there is no signal. Pull out the connector of the sensor cable and bridge the pins with an 100 kOhm restistance to check, there will be shown a temperatur round about 25 °C. If not, than maybe the board is defect.

Horst,
Thank you for your reply. The thermistors are properly reading ambient temperature (approximately 23 degrees C), but the commanded temperature is 0.

Sorry I did not make that clear in my original post.

Re: Bed Temp 0 S3D SDCard Print on Anycubic i3 Mega Plus

Hi,
I have exactly the same issue.
Made some nice prints already on my Anycubic I3. I used the same S3D profile, which was working nice up to now.
The bed and extruder are heating up properly, but as soon the print starts, the commanded temperatures for bed and extruder are shown with 0.
The actual temperatures are dropping immediately and I have to stop the print immedately.

If you have any solution please let me know.
Thanks you!

Josef
