After printing 80 bridge tests I can't seem to get S3D to bridge properly with my setup. The perimeter bridge lines will print fine and string very well but when it starts printing each bridge line side by side it appears that either the nozzle heats up the previous run or the new filament is balling up and sticking to the previous run. I have tried several variations of cooling, temps, and print speeds.
My best settings so far for PETG: 232 nozzle temp, 100% cooling during bridge, 40mm/s print speed, 95% extrusion during bridge, 10% speed during bridge.
There is another post for Slic3r that explains a very similar request that might be helpful. https://github.com/alexrj/Slic3r/issues/3678
