Add time stamps to printing

Prints often take a long time and accurately predicting the print duration is impossible, but you can make users lifes easier:

- Show print duration at the end of print. I'm pretty sure that next time I print the same object it will take the same time.
- Show print start time in machine control panel. This and the percentage would give some estimate when the print might be be finished.
- If you want to be really clever, you could make an end time estimator: Heating the bed and head takes time, but that is a one off thing. After that and knowing the print geometry (think pyramids), I think you could give a really good guess about the end time after the print gets going.

And while you are at it, how about optionally running an external program at the end of the print? I would select an .exe file and give command line parameters. That exe would then alert me. :-)
