Start point control for Skirts

There doesn't seem to be start point control over Skirts. I set start point to -200,-200 and the model starts according to that parameter but the skirt starts at the same spot (NW corner or 200,200). FYI - The start point control I'm using is from the advanced controls section of FFF settings > layer tab > right column > "start points" I choose the bottom radio button and enter -200,-200.
