Upgraded to 4.0, crashes during slicing

Hello,
I have been running Version 3.x for a few years with no hiccups. I just downloaded and installed 4.0, S3D crashes right after I hit "prepare to print!" on a few of my factory files, but not all.
I am not sure if I was supposed to uninstall 3.X first?
I can open the same parts in 3.X and they slice just fine.
It doesnt happen to every part I try in 4.0, some of my files slice, some don't. It is frustrating.
This is the message I get.
I am running an Nvidia quadro 2000
windows 10, 64 bit
