Multiple processes results in missing layers/holes in preview

I am trying to use multiple processes (4) on the T800 terminator head model set to 75% scale but the preview ends up showing missing layers/holes. I checked and re-checked the start and end layers on the Advanced tabs of all processes and still can't figure out what's going wrong.
Unfortunately, the forum won't let me attach the factory file, saying that it is too large.
start/end layer per process
1/16.70
16.70/19.45
19.45/121.70
121.70/last layer
All I'm doing is changing infill, layer perimeter shells or layer height.

Please attache the STL-file (or source to download) and your Factory-File for this print.
Depending of the methode of construction of the model, problems may occure when it is scaled down.

Are you sure you're trying to upload the factory file....ie the file generated by the "Save Factory file" option??? Factory files are usually a lot smaller than .stl files....which can be too large to attach, and some users think are factory files!

The factory file size is 3976KB.
The model I used is

I forgot to mention that I am using the lastest S3D, version 4.01

The model ist not watertide, may cause the issues.
Have also a look with Cross Section View to the inside.

PS: @ Doug Kightley
The STL makes round about 80 MB, the factory is ~ 4 MB indeed (5% - well done!)

I repaired the non-manifold areas of my copy. Why does the problem only show up when using multiple processes but not when using a single process?
I tried zipping up the factory file but that didn't do much in reducing the file size.

... to score that, it needs to know your settings completly.
I.e. I'm wondering about the top of the pedestal, there it seems on your picture is no top layer.
The model is a assembly of ca. 20 parts. Try the following:
Go to menue Mesh >>> Separate Connected Surfaces
Than have a look with CrossSectionView to th inside of the skull. There are geometries coming from outside to inside, I would say, they where only attached to the skull without adjustment.
Why you want to split the model into 4 processes and how you do it? How you have selected the splited parts to the processes?

I want to use multiple processes in order to minimize plastic being used. First I started with a single process and then went through the layers in preview from the bottom up to determine when I wanted to add a new process. I set the infill to 15% until it was close to the top of the base. That's where I changed it to 20% infill and changed the type to fast honeycomb from grid to better support all the smaller rods around the skull. Then I switch back to 15% infill with 3 perimeter shells instead of 2. When it reaches close to the top of the skull I change the layer height to .2 from .25 to reduce the circles created around the top of the skull.
Do you know of a way to remove the pieces that are inside the skull? I'm kinda new at this.
After doing the separate connected surfaces, I get 61 models. The base seems to be a single model which is numbered (18) when separated. Creating multiple processes causes the preview to not show the top of the base as well as the top of the side indentations (and elsewhere).
I played around with the layer settings and found out that I have to specify top and bottom layers for the different processes. I was trying not to create solid layers on top of each other. I either saw it in a tutorial or it was from a youtube video.
Anyway, I believe the issue is resolved enough to where I can proceed. If you have any recommendations on how I can remove the inside pieces, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I would say, taht the diffenrece between 15 and 20 % Infill is not worthwhile to save materials. Only one failed print compensate all.
No, I have no idea how to adjust the outer parts. They are surely created exteriorly.
Normally a print with some processes which are related to only one model dont need bottom- and top layers in the middle area. Between them is no difference unless the local funktion. If there is a surface like the top of the pedestal you need top layers for the related process. But you can spare the bottom layers for the next process.
A solution maybe the function of Including a Solid Diaphragme on the right place. Otherwise to close the surface over only 15 - 20% Infill you need surely 6 - 8 top-layers to have a plain even result (depending to the LayerHight).
Creating the support, economic but sufficient, is a own story for this model.
