issue with thin angled curved walls

so for some reason, I keep getting an issue where the walls on my parts aren't printing properly as can be seen here
I am printing in ABS on a Raise 3d n2 plus, the odd thing (at least to me) is that this only occurs on one of the four segments, at first I thought that rotating the parts 45 degrees so that it didn't start the movement in a purely x or purely y direction would fix the issue but that didn't work. I have attached factory files as well.

Is the line on the wall a convex or concave surface? does it look the same on the outer most face along that same layer as well for that quadrant of the part? have you tried keeping the same rotation but printing in different areas of the build surface? What about sitting and watching as the printer deposits that exact layer? Measuring where that layer is and then monitoring so you can see that and the prior couple of layers would likely be a huge help in determining if it's a sequence of move that leads to a build up in that area.

the wall is basically a cone with the tip cut off separated by 4 vertical walls, the other 3 90 degree segments don't have this issue and they are identical. The entire part was formed in Solidworks with a revolve for the cones and outer circular wall and an extrusion for the vertical walls (except for the very top of the entire part where it is a bit different for fastening with a separate part, but that doesn't affect the cones) the cone half angles are 45 degrees so it shouldn't need support.

So I guess this is what you are talking about - you're getting bridging across this quadrant . Is that stringing under an otherwise well-printed conical wall, or are these strings the plastic that SHOULD be forming that wall?

it is the plastic that should be the wall, it isn't a retraction issue.

for anyone still following this, I resolved the problem by dropping the layer height to .1 mm. unfortunately, I was restricted to either .2 or .1 mm layer heights by the fact that the walls were at .8mm wide and tall and were at 45 degrees, so the wall height needed to be a multiple of the layer height.
