Flashforge Creator3

Hi Guys,

So I just got the Flashforge Creator3 with IDEX system.

Can you please add support for this printer and in particular, add support for its IDEX system in an optimal way.
I'm not a fan of Flashprint

Cheers

Model Settings Movement

Hi Guys, hoping i can get a quick answer... Is there a way I can set the amount that each push on the up or down arrow changes the input value by for say moving the object along an axis... At the moment, it's moving the object by about 20mm at every click of the up or down arrow. And for fine adjust...

Re: Start Printing at height ....

Hi Monty, You can just add one line at the end of your starting gcode script if you want to avoid this in the future. Something like G1 Z200 F3000. Just make the Z-value something large so that the extruder will be moving DOWN to your print instead of up through it. But not large enough that you ex...

Purge Wall for dual prints

Hi,

For dual extrusion prints, is there a purge wall option to basically wipe the nozzle. This is required if not, there's pretty much no point doing a dual extrusion print as the two colours will contaminate eachother due to leakage

Thanks

Optimal Slicing

Hi, I've been trying to print this map outline for a while now and it's just not slicing well. I had the default ext width and noticed I was getting gaps in the border lines of the map build. Changing it to 0.4 solved it but I'm still getting crazy tool paths... It's causing the print head to jump a...

Re: Automatic Pause Function

Ok thanks... I'll try that

So what does that code specify?

M322 means what exactly?
and am I right to assume Z20 means Pause (not stop) when the Z axis moves down 20mm?

Cheers

Re: Dual Extruder prints

Are you printing from USB? If you are, try exporting and printing from SD.

I have found that S3D is a bit buggy controlling the left extruder for printing...

Automatic Pause Function

Hi,

Is there a way to insert a few lines in the GCode to make the bot pause printing and wait for the resume command to continue? I see there is a "tool change" option under the G-Code tab... has anyone used this? and do you know how it works?

Cheers
