Crash?

I have recently encountered a problem with S3D crashing when I try and save a process/profile. I tune settings, then hit update profile and S3D shuts down. Any suggestions?

I adjusted my tool offset in the scripts or G-code page, I think I added values there and when it changed tools it read those values and shifted the correct amount. . the actual distance between nozzles x and y was measured then input. Joe, Thanks for an idea on where to look. I will scan for any stray G28's in the program. I believe that there would be an axis call after it? Something like G28 X0? The model is any model. The first one I had the problem with was a simple 1" cube modeled in Solidworks. Once I had the problem, I tried other models that had worked fine in the past, but would no longer work. Thank you for the suggestion, but it is not the model. I think it only has 12 triangl...

prepare to print! crash

The program seems to work fine until I hit prepare to print! then it crashes :oops: It used to work on this machine but different models, different settings, nothing seems to get me past the almost instant shut down as windows looks for the solution that never comes. Any suggestions would be helpful...
