White PLA is not the natural color and has Titanium dioxide added to it. I find that white PLA will need higher temps then other colors. Make sure the spools feed freely as well, that could be a sicky spindle.

I am looking for some advice or tips on using S3D on two machines. I have two bots that are essentially the same, except for build size. A rep1 dual clone and a rep 1 single coreXY with a 12" build cube. What is the best way to about switch back and forth between the two?

I think that nozzle, and bed temperature could be useful to add to the "build statistics" window of the print preview. Possibly cooling profiles if cooling fan set-points are used. This could be one last time to check some vital information without having to re-slice.

I think it would be useful to have more presets for materials then just 4. Most people can't print nylon, and most people probably shouldn't print with pva. A drop down style selector would be nice with the ability to create you own presets. There are many new materials available now, t-glase PET+ P...

There is a modified start gcode for using only the left nozzle, but that for the rep 1 dual. its in the start up for the hardware setup for the FFC. I see you have a rep 2. Did you change any of the gcode, i remember someone having issue with start code that came from repg.
