Yes, drop the bed temp. is probably a fair assessment.
I print ABS with a 75C Bed Temperature and hair spray for adhesion and rarely have a warping problem.
I'm print with an ABS temperature of 205C.
Very curious what features slic3r currently has the Simplify3D doesn't. Care to elaborate? Try printing support interface with a second extruder on S3D, you can't. A feature that is so far overdue, it's in a way, pathetic. The other features only deal with me but Slic3r is a plug and play process w...
It looks like your printer may be trying to turn the corner to fast.
Depending on your printer firmware, the firmware can usually be changed to account for this.
If this doesn't work try slowing your print speed down to see if the problem goes away.
I've seen the same problem with ABS and solved it. Can't remember exactly everything I did though. A couple of points. Are you using a cooling fan, if so don't at all. Are you holding the 230 temperature for all layers, this should not change. Lastly slow your printer down, your assumption of turnin...
If you live in the US try the Aquanet as someone else mentioned. It's cheap and simple to apply. It works well for me. I've tried the glue stick but never liked that it leaves somewhat of an uneven surface on the print bed. I sometimes can use the layer of Aquanet for a number of prints before I nee...
You may want to increase the number of top layers, not sure how many you are printing but 3-5 is a good start. Typically the more top layers you print the better surface finish you will have.
