Are you sure M106 is the correct parameter for chamber temp? In some other forum posts it looks like they're indicating M404 is the command for chamber temp.

@ChoreBoy - it sounds like your printer never reaches the chamber temp that the software wants it to. The build won't start if that doesn't happen.
