That probably means that you have the firmware override enabled on the G-Code tab of your process settings. That will keep overriding any changes you make in the Tools > Firmware Configuration window anytime you use that process. They have a nice video explaining all about this here: https://www.yo...

Hi, thanks for the suggestion of using upload the actual file. Wish I had seen that before hand. I did want to say, S3D support did find the problem. The software is setting itself to MakerBot/Sailfish Firmware and the Prusa is a RepRap firmware. Once I changed that in the Tools, Configure Firmware ...

I am currently using version 3.0 of S3D. I have a brand new Prusa i3 Color directly from Prusa3d.com. I love using S3D with it over Slic3r. What about just printing from an SD card? Does the printer support printing from the SD Card. You mentioned it doesn't heat etc. Taking the software out of the picture, does the printer work anyways?
