I'm using 3.1.0 and First Layer without raft speed is still full speed.
I have to override the speed immediately when it first starts.
then after first layer is done I put it back up to 100% speed.

Pls Add a means to covert a gcode file that I opened for preview to generate the x3g file from that.
Using 3rd Party command line programs to do that is such a pain.
This way I can use my FFF profiles and everything right thru Simplify3D,
