That was my first thought, first I verified the same settings were being used by V5 as V4, they were. Then I tried various combinations, nothing worked.

So for me, V5 is a no go.

As far as I have gotten is when testing the connection over wifi, it seems to connect but then errors out saying javascript needs to be enabled.

The model is a purchased printable RC plane, so no source, just STL. They did provide some pre configured S3D files, but I didn't use those because they were missing some printer customization's I have.
