I'm printing PLA at 210° on a 70° glass bed with no surface prep. I'm getting good 'stick' and 'smoosh' on the first later then I get blobby layers (looks like over extrusion) for the first 20 or so layers, then the print looks normal (like regular extrusion)... Never thought to switch the leads... the 'red' went to the 'red' and 'black' to 'black' and the plug 'fit' but something may be reversed... I'll try it and see
