Thank you DarthRevan for your assistance. The clip actually shows an infill but I had the percentage set to 75% as a printer part being printed. wirlybird, you made my day! Yes, resetting S3D did the job, and the printer is printing just fine with exactly the same settings I had previously.

I have a CreatBot DE Plus, it does come with a USB flash drive that has pre-configured settings for Cura (though named CreatWare). Copy any necessary setting to S3D, like build volume, platform size, etc...
