Re: "Account limit reached" every time I restart my PC (Linux)

Do you know if this happens after a Linux update? Maybe, somehow the S3D software sees it as a new installation and thinks you have exceeded the license? Just a far out there guess! No, it's every time. In fact, I've just had to do it again as I shut down my PC earlier. It happens as soon as I do a...

"Account limit reached" every time I restart my PC (Linux)

I'm running Simplify3D 4.0.1 on ArchLinux. I'm starting S3D by running the LaunchScript. Every time I restart my PC, I get the "account limit reached" error when I try to run S3D. I then have to log in to my account online, deactivate one of the installations and then rerun S3D. It's reall...

[Linux]QT SSL error, but it worked at installation

I've installed S3D on Arch Linux. When it finished, I've selected the "Run S3D" option at the end and it ran just fine, I could log in, everything worked. But then when I closed and tried to run it again on my own, I get the following error: qt.network.ssl: QSslSocket: cannot resolve SSLv3...

Re: Gaps in a sloping/angled wall

If you're seeing artifacts in your slice that aren't present in the 3D model view, it's often times caused by self intersecting surfaces in the model. You can run a quick check for these issues with Repair > Identify Self Intersecting Surfaces. This will only show you the errors. The file will like...

Gaps in a sloping/angled wall

I'm having a bit of a problem with a sloping side on one of my models. First, some info: - Prusa Mk2S - Simplify3D 4.0 - 0,25mm layer height, 0,42mm extrusion width - 0 top and bottom layers, 1 perimeter - no supports or infill Here's what I'm trying to print: http://i.imgur.com/bcqMBeV.png The issu...

Infill settings are the same for all quality presets

I want to adjust infill settings based on the print quality. However, if I change Infill extrusion width (or anything else) for the 0,05 preset, it will change every other preset as well (0.35, 0,2 etc.). I want to have different infill settings depending on the layer height/print quality. The only ...
