Hello, i am a novice myself, but hey. Just two shots in the dark: Have you set the correct machine build volume in options? In Simplify3D follow the pulldown menu "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Machine". For the Creality 3D printer CR10 it should be set to 300 x 300 x 400mm. ...

The visual rotation tool (as well as the visual scale and position tools) absolutely should show the numeric values, and even allow the user to enter precise numeric values, without having to double click and open the dialog. Without it the visual tools are unnecessarily pretty limited in use. 100%...
