Slic3r Prusa Edition can now have custom supports. It's not as easy to use as S3D but it will probably become better over time. S3D is great but lacking some basic stuff.

I'm sorry but this workaround is not the same. People might want to still print inside perimeters first, and finish with outer perimeter, but wipe in the inside nonetheless. I don't know why this is not default behavior too. Wiping on the outside can lead to the wiped material being visible as blobs...
