Prusa MK4 with firmware >= 5.1.0

I recently upgraded my Prusa MK4 from firmware version 5.0.1 to 5.1.2 and the gcode generated by the S3D profile I received from support no prints well (patchy first layer, layer gaps, etc). The same thing happens with firmware version 5.1.0. However, reverting back to firmware 5.0.1 fixes the issue...

Re: Import or Export to Network Share

I seemed to have solved my issue. Here’s what I did in case someone finds themselves with similar symptoms: Uninstalled v5. Rebooted. Reinstalled v5, but did not start it up. Rebooted. Re: Import or Export to Network Share

What operating system are you running? I have two installations of v5 - one on Windows 11 Pro 64-bit and one on Windows 10 64-bit. The Windows 10 install CAN import from a network share - however, the Windows 11 install cannot.

Re: Import or Export to Network Share

Importing/exporting from a local drive, such as C, works fine.

Dragging and dropping from any drive, local or network, does not work.

Import or Export to Network Share

Using Version 5.0, I can’t export gcode to Windows network share drive folder (for example, Q:\GCode). Also, can’t import STL files from network share drives either. Lastly, dragging STLs onto the buld plate doesn’t seem to work. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, Simplify3D 5.0.
