Support from the bottom

What setting needs to be changed in the the process to generate support from the bottom of the model?
Check the image. Arrow shows where I want support to be, but software does not generate it.

First layer gaps

I am having issues with first layer. For some reason there are gaps between shell and infill.

I have .6 nozzle

I also have it set to have 4 outline shells BUT for some reason first layer only has 3 shells.

What am I missing? How do I get rid of gaps?

Re: Ooze shield: Auto-off if only one extruder for rest of print

New Version 4.1 does not have Ooze Shield "Auto" switch. I want to print Ooze Shield with both extruders from bottom to top, how can I achieve that?
