If the "scaling" is on the side that touches the bed, your nozzle is ever so slightly too close to your bed. Increase the distance and that'll go away. After experimenting on few settings, i manage to have result with decent quality. Turn out my printing speed is way too fast; instead of 1500mm/min as suggested in few sites and guidelines, i'm using 2200/2700 mm/min. Changed to 1900mm/min did the trick.
