Need help on PLA and PVA printing

hi all
i was wondering on what are the cause of my printing issue using PLA and PVA support material.
The area that touching PVA support area will have obvious lines and missing features.
I attached 2 image for your reference.

my setting are as below
Product / extruder 1
material : PLA
Layer height: 0.2 mm
infill: 15%
support infill : 20%
temperature : 200c

Support / extruder 2
material : PVA
dense support layer : 6
dense infill : 70%
temperature : 190c

printing speed 2700 mm/min

Looking at your photos, it looks as if you are having more than just issues with using PVA as a support material....and from the information you have given, its going to hard for anyone to give really useful advice without a lot more information.

Could you attach a factory file (or two) for these parts. FIle menu===> Save Factory File. (Resultant file has suffix of .factory....not .fff) And make sure you have your profile(s) land models loaded.

Hi

I attached factory file as requested.
this is my first time using dual extruder machine with PVA support
all setting are from guidelines that available in youtube and simplify3d support pages.

After experimenting on few settings, i manage to have result with decent quality.
Turn out my printing speed is way too fast; instead of 1500mm/min as suggested in few sites and guidelines, i'm using 2200/2700 mm/min.
Changed to 1900mm/min did the trick.
Now still finding the balance between printing time and quality.
