In V5 support options are changed much.
Right now, you can choose pattern of the supports.
What is weird to me, is that if you choose Grid supports and 100% dense infill you end up with a roughly 50% grid pattern on the top.
But it works ok if you select Rectilinear support pattern.

The setting you are referring to is now available as Custom zones, at the bottom of Process Settings window.

I've installed V5 just today and the software doesn't find any Duet 3D printers.
If I set the IP address manually, it prompts "connection error".
