I've installed V5 just today and the software doesn't find any Duet 3D printers.
If I set the IP address manually, it prompts "connection error".

You can Slice for Duet / RepRap, but you can't upload directly.
Or at least I wasn't able to establish a network connection to the Duet Mini5+ up to now.

Slicing and printing works fine, but you need to upload manually (Save to Harddisk and upload via Browser)
I don't know why its not implemented, PRUSA Slicer (FOC!) is able to do it since years...............

Nevertheless, the print looks good so far and seems to be a bit faster.
