Please try updating your graphics driver. I would recommended that you go directly to the manufacturer's website instead of simply using the "auto-update" function within Windows or for the driver itself, since many customers were able to find newer versions by doing this.

There might be some mesh issues in this model. Version 5.1 used Positive Fill by default, while this does work with a lot of models there are plenty of cases where it does not work as well. It could be that the External Infill Pattern is set to Aligned instead of the usual Rectilinear. If that doesn't solve the issue, maybe attach the factory file here so we can take a look at it.

Sounds like you've accidentally set External Pattern Rotation to 45 deg, change it back to 0 should fix this. It is under the Infill tab of process settings.
