The Machine Control Panel estimate is based on the elapsed time for the actual print. In your case, it took 27 minutes to make it to 11%, so it's reasonable to guess that it might take ...

Hi. Simplify3D V5 changed the comment from "Built time" to "Build Time" (note the capital T). In the case of Klipper firmware, it is enough to mess things up when it comes to parsing the slicer estimate.
