Re: Bug? Skirt seems to consider more than the object's base

I believe thats the way the shirt should be. That wont effect the size of your object. The skirt is the outer border of your project no matter what the base shape and size is. If the top of your part is bigger than the base you still cant increase the size because the upper layers will be ouside you...

Re: Feature Request: Heat management for small objects

there are a couple things you can do here. there is a setting in creator where if layer takes less than "x" amt of seconds to complete it slows the print speed down "x"%. also you can make a fan setpoint so your fan kicks on say at layer "30". you can figure out the lay...

Re: Blobs and gaps? Cost and retract?

ok so its my understanding that coast stops pushing the filament out "x" amount of distance before a retraction or maybe a change in in direction, im not sure which. coasting allows the excess pressure in the tip to be relieved so even though the extruder isnt pushing the filament out the ...

Re: CLEANING THE HOT TIP

first just wipe the outside of the tip with acetone on a rag. the acetone dissolves any plastic buildup. spend a minute or two doing this. i really dont think the tip has to come off. the inside wont be dirty. its just outside buildup....usually

Re: unable to level part on print bed

the arrange button for me sits my parts right on the bed even if they are below or above it. your model is on an angle so i would suspect it thinks its on the bed because it is touching on the one corner. if i had to take a guess its the way you have that connecting rod modeled. i would go back into...
