Speed issue when combining models

When combining several models into one, why would simplify3d print each model in the same layer at different speeds? Notice how the belly is printing much slower than the body. Yes I do have the slow down layers under x seconds checked but even so the belly should print at the same speed as the body

Thanks for sharing your screenshot and explaining the issue. Could you also include your Factory file? (File > Save factory file as)
