Hello o/

I am in trouble !
I have already printed a lot.
After a long break, i re-installed simplify3D.
But simplify3D does not finish my models, it is stop before the top layer, on the all parts, any idea please ?

Thanks :'(

I’ve been seeing this issue for thin wall on other forums for 4.1, which I’m having the same issue.

I hope there is a fix for it soon. I just bought this in December and I’m starting to regret it.

My co-worker and I have seen this a couple of times with a print, but only partially. There were gaps in the top layer as if it just didn't generate the .gcode for the finished product completely. I'm not sure why this happened.

Thank you all for the reports. Can anybody please post a Factory File that shows what they are referring to?

Factory file...… File Menu===> Save Factory File.

The saved file contains everything needed to allow someone to load and see exactly what you see when you have your part and profile loaded.

A factory file is by far the most preferred way of allowing someone to see what you're experiencing....

Believe it or not......thin walls!

Change the option to allow single extrusion walls....and the missing layer will print. Not very well….but it slices.

Now do you see why a factory file is so important when diagnosing issues????
