[DONE] automatic AND manual supports

I don't know if it has been requested before but:

I want option to have BOTH generated supports AND manual supports. Because when there needs much supports, the automatic does not put supports
on every place it is needed, and i don't want to manually add kazillions of supports
So after auto supports is made i want to be able to add some more manually.

And also i have noticed that when adding manual supports inside a model, it is impossible to do unless you can actually SEE the place to add it to inside the model.
Even if crosssection is on.

You can already do this. It's mentioned on pretty much every tutorial or writeup of the S3D support structures (you might want to read this: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/tuto ... tructures/)

Bring up the custom support window, click "apply based on overhang angle" to place the automatic supports, then use the manual controls at the bottom of that window to add/remove additional support pillars.
