[ADDED] Layer printing sequence

This is really something which might be considered, rather than a specific feature request.

I have recently been making use of MakerWare. One of the features that I really like about MakerWare compared to S3D is that as MW starts each layer it quite literally draws 2 copies of each element and the border, and it gets to the infill after just one pass of the element list. Whereas S3D draws one copy of each element in random order, and goes thru the whole list twice. That means that in S3D the extruder head is moving around significantly more than with MW, and that has to be much slower.

I would therefore propose that consideration is given to changing S3D behaviour so that each element and border is completed in one pass. For complex parts which have multiple elements (holes etc) this would speed up the operation significantly.
