Extruder jammed-can I resume using fff process fixed layer

I was printing a 10hr print job and at the 57% mark the extruder jammed and was not pushing any plastic through it. I caught it after 2 or 3 layers of no extrusion and paused the print job and turned my extruder way down so I could try and figure a way to save the print job.
Is there a way to use the FFF process settings to resume my print 3 layers lower than where I paused it? If I use the Layer manipulation box and tell it to start printing at layer 500, will that lower the head to the spot layer 500 is and start printing there or does it start printing layer 500 directly on the bed?
Anyone with any suggestions how to be able to resume printing onto the existing print but the few layers lower to make up for the layers the extruder was jammed?
I have not removed the print from the bed yet, hoping someone can enlighten me on a way to save the 10 bucks of plastic already printed by finishing the print job.

Just look at the preview. If the extrusions start up in the air, then they will print that way too ;)

Thx Joe,
I was able to resume the print exactly where the extruder left off when it jammed. This FFF Process list is a great feature!

For anyone else interested, this is how I recovered from the jammed extruder:

Stopped the print then homed the axis'
Lowered Z to just above the print
Moved x/y over to be directly over the print
Worked my way down with the z axis until I could achieve the paper test between the top of the print and the nozzle.
Created a second FFF process.
Set bottom solid layers to 0
Reduced first layer height and thickness to 100% to equal all layers since I'm starting mid print
Removed the replaced the startup G-Code script with a home command only (G28)
Under ADVANCED tab I set the Start print at: to the Z-height of the paper test I just did
Turned off Skirts/Brims
Preheated the hot end to ensure proper extrusion right from the start
I extruded 10mm to prime the hot end then hit Begin Printing over USB
I snatched the little drizzle just before it reached the print using long needle nose pliers to avoid an initial blob.

As a result you cannot see the seam where it restarted the print at all.
