Help with missing parts of a model.

As you can see here this model has a oval ring on one end that passes through the part:

But as you can see here when I slice it I am missing that entire part:

Please help me as I am not sure what I am doing wrong... I know it is printable as it is part of a qua I am building and the parts were printed and it looks just like the model... I have tried several different processes but it always is missing that part.

Thank you all for your assistance!!! I was able to get it to work once I changed the nozzle size to .3mm!!! Didn't seem to matter in the print as it worked out good.
