Crashing after meshreduction + start print

I was happily printing and thought i would do a mesh reduction at the same time, to see what it does.

Did a reduction with the standard settings, so far ok. But then i hit print.. and BAM.. whole s3d crashed, stopping print.

I tried with both 3.01 and 3.02, the same thing. No error message.

I often test other settings and stuff while printing, nothing has happend so far.

Known bug?

Re: Crashing after meshreduction + start print

This is happening to me also with version 3.1.0
Is there a fix for this or, at least, an explanation?

I hadn't even noticed that option before! It also crashes for me on OSX. I'm sending the info to their support. Report says

Seems like something's calling something it shouldn't, but other than that, I don't know much. You can export the reduced STL from File -> Export Model and then remove the original one, then import the saved (reduced) model and then it works fine. Seems like maybe something in memory is looking for information that was removed in the mesh reduction?
