I think it still needs right extruder listed in an fff even if you don't use one.
Or a Left.
Or Both.
That fixed it for Me FYI

All of the profiles and factory files in this thread now import correctly using our latest V5.0.1 release. We made several improvements to the migration behavior to better handle a wide variety of V4 profiles.
