Seems to have gotten stuck again well before the bed was cooled fully...

Note in lower-right of window still says "Cooling Down...", but, the bed dropped, I hit OK, and it's back at the Main menu.
If I go to the Machine Control Panel and click Disconnect, then, Connect, it's fine.
